SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy
  • All orders are placed on our TRIPLETFITNESSGEAR.COM website and we only offer shipping to the United States at the moment.

  • We offer Free shipping on all orders.

  • Order delivery will depend on the delivery company “usually between 5 to 7 business days”. If products are purchased during promotional periods, it may take a longer time for our products to be delivered to you. 

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If your purchase delivery is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics, or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you can contact us to cancel your order and we’ll refund you for any products you’ve paid for but not received. 

  • Title for products purchased from us transfers to you upon payment for the products and the risk of loss for products purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • If for some reason you are unavailable to receive your product upon delivery, or your package cannot be posted to your letterbox, it would be your responsibility to follow up with the courier to rearrange delivery or collection of your package.

Return & Exchange Policy
  • We do not offer free returns at this time. A pre-paid return label will be given to you, and the difference from the label will reflect in your refund. We do offer free shipping labels on exchanges.

  • We have a 30-day return window for all items on our site (excluding sales items). This return window begins once your package has been delivered to you.

  • ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL

  • Any returns that are delivered outside of 30 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial.

  • If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 4-7 business days. 

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

  • Items with strong odors such as body odor or smoke, cologne, detergent, covered with animal hair/human hair, glitter, powder, or with any stains, etc. will not be accepted.

  • Returns are accepted for both refunds and exchanges.

  • Exchanges can only be made for the same item in alternate sizes.

  • If an exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock, a refund will be issued.

  • If you return your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only.

  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.

  • Many (but not all) of our items include TRIPLE T FITNESS GEAR tags. Please ensure these tags are attached, or your return will be subject to denial.

  • In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged in any way, please submit a ticket to our Support Team. (Failure to notify our Support Team of this prior to shipment will cause your item to be subject to our Returns Policy along with any costs that may be associated with a denied return.)
