Here’s our terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order with us. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions without notice by posting revised terms and conditions on our website.  The terms and conditions posted on the website or app at the time you place your order will govern that purchase. 

*PLACING AN ORDER:

Orders may be placed through our website. Once you’ve added the product(s) you’d like to your basket, you’ll then go through our checkout procedure where you’ll need to enter your contact, delivery, and billing information.  Please double check your order (e.g., the product(s), size(s), and delivery address) before completing your purchase.

*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF:

In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fulfill your order (e.g. because the product is out of stock, we haven’t been able to verify the billing information provided to us, you have requested delivery to a country that we do not currently ship to, or there has been an error in the pricing or description of the product), you’ll be notified by email and won’t be charged for the product (s).

*PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The photos and packaging of our products on our website or app are for illustrative purposes only. We aim to ensure that colors are displayed as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the device’s display of the colors exactly reflects those of our products.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, DAMAGED OR FAULTY:

If you purchased and received an item that’s not as described, damaged or faulty on our website, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. In this case, please note that the item has to be returned within 30 days from the date you receive it, and you might also be entitled to a free return as well (unless stated otherwise on our website).

*ORDER RESTRICTIONS:

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method which you use to pay for your order.  If you are under 18, you may place an order only with permission and involvement of a parent or guardian.
